We can deliver the goods in the following ways:

Personal collection at a branch

Personal collection is possible right in our stone shop.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00.

In case of payment using the GoPay online payment gateway, a fee of CZK 25 is charged.

Personal collection Zásilkovna.cz

Personal collection is possible at any dispatch point in the Czech Republic or Slovakia.

• the price of the shipment in the Czech Republic: 59, - CZK, when ordering over 3 000, - CZK incl. VAT is a FREE service.
• the price of the shipment to Slovakia: 91, - CZK, when ordering over 3 000, - CZK incl. VAT is a FREE service.

In the case of prepayment, the account is not charged. In the case of payment at one of Zásilkovna's dispensing points, only 15 CZK is paid. In case of payment using the GoPay online payment gateway, a fee of CZK 25 is charged.

Express Evening Delivery Zásilkovna.cz

It will deliver the shipment to any address in Prague the day the order was created. Applies only to goods labeled "stock" at the time of ordering.

• the price of the shipment all over Prague: 72, - CZK, when ordering over 3 000, - CZK incl. VAT is a FREE service.

In the case of prepayment, the account is not charged. In the case of payment until the courier takes over, it is 15, - CZK. In case of payment using the GoPay online payment gateway, a fee of CZK 25 is charged.

Personal collection Deposit - HeurekaPoint dispensing point

Personal take-off is possible at any point of delivery. HeurekaPoint - the dispensing point store.

• price: 55, - CZK, when ordering over 3 000, - CZK incl. VAT is a FREE service.

In the case of prepayment, the account is not charged. In case of payment at one of HeurekaPoint's outlets, it is only 20 CZK. In case of payment using the GoPay online payment gateway, a fee of CZK 25 is charged.

Czech Post - Package On Post

It will deliver the shipment to any selected Czech Post branch on the next business day after shipment. If you can not pick up the shipment in the standard storage period of 7 days, you can extend it for up to 15 days.

• price: 89, - CZK, when ordering above 3 000, - CZK incl. VAT is FREE of charge.

In the case of prepayment, the account is not charged. In the case of payment up to the take-over to the selected branch of the Czech Post Office, it is about 35 CZK. In case of payment using the GoPay online payment gateway, a fee of CZK 25 is charged.

Czech Post - Bundle Do ruky

It will deliver the shipment to any address in the Czech Republic the next working day after the shipment. If you will not be able to reach the shipping address you provide, the package will be stored for 7 days at your post office.

• price: 99, - CZK, when ordering above 3 000, - CZK incl. VAT is FREE of charge.

In the case of prepayment, the account is not charged. In the case of payment up to the takeover from the courier or some of the branches of the Czech Post Office, it is overdue CZK 35. In case of payment using the GoPay online payment gateway, a fee of CZK 25 is charged.

PPL courier service

It will deliver the shipment to any address in the Czech Republic the next working day after the shipment. The courier will contact you in advance at the phone number. If you will not be able to reach the address given to you, the next day will be delivered to you by courier package.

• price: 99, - CZK, when ordering above 3 000, - CZK incl. VAT is FREE of charge.

In the case of prepayment, the account is not charged. In case of payment up to the take-over from the courier, it is approx. 35 CZK. In case of payment using the GoPay online payment gateway, a fee of CZK 25 is charged.

Free shipping and payment applies for orders over 2,000 CZK and only after the Czech Republic!

You can pay for the goods in the following ways:

Cash

Payment in cash when picking up goods in our stone shop.

By credit card

Payment by credit card upon picking up our store.

Conversion

Account number XXXXXXXXXX / XXXX. Variable symbol is an order number without a hyphen. The payment details will always be sent with confirmation of the order up to 24 hours. After you have credited the amount on our account, we will inform you and send you the goods.

By cash

You pay for the goods at home, at the post office, at the courier service or at the place of delivery of our external partner. In the case of the Czech Post, the remittance is 35 CZK, in the case of courier service PPL 35, - CZK, in the case of Postage 20 CZK, and in the case of Zásilkovna only 15, - CZK.

Online payment GoPay

You pay for the goods using the GoPay external payment gateway, which will allow you to immediately and safely transfer funds for purchased goods. The online payment price is 25, - CZK.
